Juices

Ecological juices are cold-pressed from fruit grown without any artificial fertilizers or pesticides. Organic juices are produced from fruit from certified plantations and orchards, with fruit trees grown from non-genetically modified seeds.

Eating fruit, vegetables and processed fruit and vegetables has beneficial effects on health. Medical professionals and nutritionists recommend eating at least five servings of fruit and vegetables every day, according to the newest health pyramid. They can be eaten in the form of fresh fruit and vegetables or juices. An adult person should drink at least one or two glasses of juice every day.

Drinking organic pressed juices has beneficial effects on health. The elements they contain reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood, effectively prevent atherosclerosis and cardiac arrest, regulate bile acids, prevent cancer and gallstones; they are recommended for persons interested in staying in good shape, since they flush the remains of food from the organism, regulate intestinal bacterial flora and neutralize toxic substances. Juices are a perfect source of vitamin C, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium and many other valuable minerals.
